The “1 Billion Meals” initiative aims to provide direct food support to underprivileged groups in 50 countries. We are therefore asking for cash donations, as these can be used to purchase and distribute food parcels within the targeted communities. You can donate cash through the initiative’s website, SMS and the bank account designated for the initiative. If you have food supplies to donate, you can do so through the UAE Food Bank.

These include the World Food Programme, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Food Banking Regional Network, the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, relevant official bodies, and various humanitarian and charity institutions and associations cooperating with the initiative in the targeted countries.
